LES MISÉRABLES: SCHOOL EDITION

I was the assistant director for the college production of 'Les Misérables: School Edition' at Bilborough College, Nottingham. In the process I assisted in the casting, the rehearsals and in the fundraising/ marketing for the production. This was my first time as assistant director for a musical. As a singer I knew some musical warm-up exercises so I would lead the warm-ups of the rehearsals.
It was after this experience I recognised my determination to direct a play, I had observed enough directors to take the leap into directing a production (which I later did at University).
